Exact PHY data rates for all four Wi-Fi generations — HT (802.11n), VHT (802.11ac), HE (802.11ax), and EHT (802.11be / Wi-Fi 7). All rates from IEEE spec tables or spec equations. Up to 8SS, all channel widths through 320 MHz, all guard intervals.

HT (802.11n): Exact — IEEE 802.11-2024 Tables 19-27 through 19-34. MCS 0–31, 20/40 MHz, LGI/SGI. ✓ Confirmed.
VHT (802.11ac): Exact — IEEE 802.11-2024 Tables 21-29 through 21-60. MCS 0–9, 1–8SS, 20/40/80/160 MHz, LGI/SGI. All N/A combinations encoded. 160 MHz rates apply to 80+80 MHz. ✓ Confirmed.
HE (802.11ax): Exact — IEEE 802.11-2024 Tables 27-86 through 27-117. MCS 0–11, 1–8SS, 20/40/80/160 MHz, 0.8/1.6/3.2 µs GI. DCM=0 rows. 160 MHz rates apply to 80+80 MHz. ✓ Confirmed.
EHT (802.11be): Exact — IEEE 802.11be-2024 §36.5 Tables 36-76, 36-77, 36-79, 36-82, 36-86. MCS 0–13, 20/40/80/160/320 MHz, 0.8/1.6/3.2 µs GI. ✓ Confirmed.
EHT multi-SS scaling note: The 802.11be spec publishes NSS=1 tables only (Tables 36-76–36-86). Multi-SS rates are defined by §36.5 Eq. 36-122/36-123: Rate = NSS × N_DBPS1SS / (12.8 + TGI). This is spec-mandated exact linear scaling — the same math underlying HT/VHT/HE, but expressed as an equation rather than repeated per-NSS tables. EHT MCS 0–11 rates at NSS=1 are identical to HE rates — both use NSD = 234/468/980/1960/3920 data subcarriers and the same 12.8 µs symbol duration. EHT adds only MCS 12–13 (4096-QAM, 12 bits/symbol) and the 320 MHz channel width.
